Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Items returned after 7 days will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
